that's very true.. I saw in many footage how calm and confident the japanese in dealing with the quake.. but I just heard from the news this morning about a town called minami-something, it reported that half of it's citizens are missing, which is around 10.000.. that's.. tragic.. ;__; my country was struck by a tsunami too at 2004 and the death toll was over 100.000.. it proof how vulnerable people are.
indeed...today I saw some pictures and I almost cried. there have been alot horrible tsunamis, earthquakes lately... sumatra, haiti and now japan. but somehow this one struckes me much more, since I do know people personally living there.
goddamnit! ;A; I just type a LONG mssg and my firefox got jammed.. ok here we go again..
I saw another video today where a mid age woman searching for her mom, and all she found was a piece of photograph ;A; but what disturbs me is the amounts of japan donation is very small compare to haiti.. that's why I dont care about how many wallpapers and picture labeled "pray for Japan" going on over here. if you want to help, do it with the right way [link] ^^
no, me and my family live in Java island.. but I remember how eerie it was to see thousands of corpses in the news *3*
Both of my parents work in Japan Luckily, their place is far from the tsunami. I'm worried to death about them! And now a nuclear-thingy exploded in Japan! Seriously, what's happening to the world...
that's very relieving! actually, nothing change about this world.. earthquake is one of nature activities. it's been happening since 4 billion years ago. we (humans) are the one who build culture and buildings on top of it *W*

I hope you weren't personally involved in 2004?
